Hired for rodent remediation, which was successful. Then had a yellow jacket nest I couldn't get rid of myself with 3 cans of poison. They took care of it with one treatment. We were enticed to try a different company because they used green products. Big mistake! After four failed attempts to remediate a new yellow jacket nest I was back to Witt. They had the bees gone in 10 minutes. Came back the next day to check and seal so they wouldnt return. No complaints!

Big mouse got into the house. Traps didn't work. Setup an appointment with Witt. Bill from Witt came and set traps. Never had this experience before. So I didn't know what was going on. Wanted an update. Witt came again. Zach their rodent expert came the second time around, and he explained the ins and outs of what went down. Assured me the house was good. Showed me that the mouse was dead as a dodo. Thank you, Witt :)

Dave our tech was awesome in reassuring us that our problem would be taken care of. He took the time to explain to us exactly what would be done and ensure that our pets would be safe during the process. He came for the initial visit and was professional and thorough. No pushy sales. All around great experience and will definitely use them again if need be
